A single intelligence report, written to the brief you give at checkout and delivered as a PDF by email. Each report is built from Radar's world-state file for the day it is written, plus public research done for your question, with every claim labelled by what it rests on and every source listed.
A report is a considered document, not a data feed. It reflects the state of the world on the date printed on its front page, and it says on its own last page what it could not establish.
We may decline a refund where someone repeatedly orders and reclaims. That is the only exception, and it exists for obvious reasons rather than to give us an argument.
Reports are built by hand, so a cancellation is only useful to both of us if it arrives before the work is done. Email as soon as you can and we will refund without argument if the report has not yet been written. If it has, the refund policy above still covers you.
Nothing here reduces any rights you have under the law where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law applies.
